The service and your account

Affunify brings together affiliate data from your connected platforms and provides publishing tools. You must be authorised to connect those accounts and publish the content you use. You remain responsible for your credentials, affiliate links and disclosure obligations on your own sites. Data depends on source platforms; missing or incomplete data is not a revenue guarantee.

Trial and subscription

Eligible new accounts receive a 30-day trial without a card, with Business features. No payment is taken without a subscription. If you subscribe before the trial ends, payment and the subscription begin on confirmation. Existing beta accounts retain their arrangement until a separately communicated migration.

Payment and renewal

Prices are monthly, in euros and excluding tax. Paddle is the reseller and merchant of record for payments: taxes and the total are shown before confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Paddle buyer terms apply to the transaction. Invoices, payment methods and cancellation are available in the billing portal.

Quotas and plan changes

Ceilings apply to monthly tracked commissions across all available statuses, shortlinks, widgets and story bars. Individual stories have no commercial quota. Technical size, security and fair-use limits still apply. Existing content is not automatically deleted on a downgrade; new items must fit the plan quota.

How does your plan change?

All tracked commissions count, regardless of status. As soon as you exceed your ceiling for a second consecutive month, you move to the next plan, without waiting for that second month to end. The new price applies at the next renewal, without an extra charge for the period already paid. Incomplete data never triggers an increase. Downgrades are available on request only.

Cancellation and end of access

You can cancel renewal in the Paddle portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period. After the trial or the end of access, syncing and paid features are suspended. Data is retained and previously published content remains accessible. You may request account deletion using the contact below. Access may be suspended for fraudulent use or activity that endangers the service, without affecting statutory rights.

Your rights

These terms do not limit mandatory rights that apply to you. Contact us about service issues; for a transaction or refund, also contact Paddle. Material changes to these terms or your subscription will be brought to your attention before taking effect.
