GRENADIA LIMITED is responsible for processing related to operating Affunify. This page explains what data is used and how to exercise your rights.
Data and purposes
We use your Google sign-in identity and email address to manage your account; platform credentials and affiliate performance to provide the dashboard and reports; links, images and videos for publishing tools; and technical information to secure and maintain the service. Processing needed to deliver the service is based on contract performance, security on legitimate interests, and accounting obligations on applicable legal requirements.
Providers and recipients
Infrastructure uses Cloudflare for hosting, storage and delivery; Google for sign-in; Resend for emails; and OpenRouter for certain assisted features. Affiliate platforms receive requests needed for the connections and imports you request. Paddle processes payment and billing information under its own policy. Affunify does not store your full card number. Content published on your sites is public.
Retention and security
Connector credentials are encrypted server-side. Data is retained to provide the service, handle your requests and meet applicable legal obligations. Trial expiry or cancellation does not automatically delete your account. You may request deletion; some accounting information or records needed to defend legal rights may need to be retained. Providers may process data in other countries; their transfer safeguards and contractual commitments apply to the relevant processing.
Cookies and preferences
Sign-in uses session and security cookies; language and some display preferences may be remembered. Paddle uses its own technologies during payment. Third-party service settings and policies apply to their interfaces.
Access, correction and deletion
Depending on your circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure or portability of your data, restrict processing or object to it. Write to the contact below using your account email address. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority, including the ICO in the UK or the CNIL in France.
